Calls per second (CPS) refers to the number of simultaneous connections that can be created in a second using CallTrackingMetrics routing. This value is relevant any time multiple agents or receiving numbers are being dialed, particularly in a call queue.
This feature can be found by navigating to Flows > Queues > Routing.
By default, CTM allows for one call per second for all accounts. However, if you are dialing a large number of agents or otherwise prefer more calls per second on your account, you can increase the CPS setting for a monthly fee.
