Play Ringing Sound for Incoming Calls

This will enable the ringing sound for all incoming calls, for all agents.

Note: This will cause agents to hear ringing for ALL calls. 

1. Navigate to Settings > Account Settings
2. Scroll to Behaviors
3. Enable Play ringing sound for incoming calls
