Accuracy Report

The Accuracy report will tell you by source if more or less tracking numbers are required.

Accuracy Reports can be found at → ReportsAccuracy Reports.

Select the date range, by default CTM will check the last month.

You can use the tracking source drop-down menu to select the tracking source → View by Source.

This will bring up a chart of the accuracy for the source within the selected time frame. This will provide the average of how accurate we believe your call tracking is (matching a click to a call).  It shows how many tracking numbers you have for that source.  It also provides if the allocation is good or if fewer or more numbers are needed. The thin red line shows the standard deviation (the extremes).

In the example below we are looking at the Date range for May 22, 2014 through June 21, 2021 for the Source Referral. You can see that on average we had a 90.57% accuracy rate for 1 tracking numbers and our allocation looks good. We also show you that in the time frame we had 30 calls and 960 visitors to that tracking source in that time period. Overall, the allocation for this month is good, but maybe 1 tracking number can be added.
