How to find an Activity ID for Call Examples

How do I find an activity ID?

The best way to provide activity examples to support is to find the activity ID. Please provide at least three recent examples from the past 24-48 hours. To do this, follow these steps:

Activity Log

1. Navigate to Activities > Calls.
2. Click on Edit on the call you are using as an example, then copy the Activity ID from the right side of the page.                     

Text Log

1. Navigate to Activities > Texts.
2. Click on Edit on the call you are using as an example, then copy the Activity ID from the right side of the page.
