Agency Variables

Agency Variables is a new feature designed to make your workflows more dynamic and efficient.

To access Agency Variables, navigate to Reports > Agency Variables.

What They Do:

Agency Variables allow you to define reusable text snippets (called variables) at the agency level. For example, you might create a variable named hello with the value "This is my variable."

How to Use:

You can insert these variables into various parts of the platform, including:

• Workflows – Use them to update fields, such as company names, in calls, texts, or activities.

• AI Triggers – Insert variables anywhere there are token fields or templates for automated actions.

• Templates – Save time by reusing content across multiple accounts.

Agency Variables can function like presets, providing a flexible way to manage shared information across your agency.
