Missed Calls

Missed calls are classified as calls with a status of no answer or hangup. If they have not been claimed, they will have a red missed calls icon in your Activity Log. Once claimed, the missed calls icon will change to white. 

To filter the Activity Log to show only missed calls, click the Missed Calls button in the top right corner.

To claim a missed activity, click in the blank space of the call, which will open a pop-up window, asking if you would like to claim this missed activity. Click the Yes, I claim this activity button to assign the call to yourself.  Agency administrators and administrators can clear missed calls by clicking the Clear ALL missed calls button on this account button. Once you have claimed the activity, it will be assigned to you and the icon will change to white.
