Collect Calls

Does CTM accept collect calls, for example, from a correctional facility? 

Our tracking numbers do not support collect calls, as they require the recipient to accept charges. Our numbers are not set up to work this way.
However, if a correctional facility places a standard (non-collect) call, whether it connects depends on the upstream carriers. Our carriers do not automatically block calls based on their origin, but there are scenarios where a call might not reach your tracking number:

• Some carriers may block calls they detect as high-risk or fraudulent before they reach CTM.
• If the number calling your tracking number is blacklisted or flagged for spam, our carriers may block it.
