Chat Enhancements
Three new features for chat:
- Iframe Content inside Chat Widget
- Can take chat to a different interface to do thing like enter credit card information to make a payment
- Initiate a Call from a Chat
- Enables chat to be turned into a phone call between the chatter and agent
- Embedded Links in the Chat Widget
- Up to four links can be embedded to the chatter instance for quick links to things like FAQ’s and Support

AI Tools in Left Navigation
AI Tools is now a new section in our left navigation bar. In this section we have included ChatAI, Custom Asks (formerly AskAI) and the new AskAI Summaries.

AskAI Summaries
A new feature that was launch to the public early this week, Summaries, let you select from various topic types to tailor the summaries for maximum impact. Summaries can also be sent into Salesforce or as an email notification to the recipients of your choosing.
