Enhance your insights with AskAI Summaries, which let you select from various topic types to tailor the summaries for maximum impact. This feature ensures you receive the most valuable information from your agents' conversations, providing clear and actionable insights.

1. Summary Type Selector:
- Enable the types of summaries you want for these activities
Note: Summarizing activities incurs an additional fee of 5 cents per activity that is summarized.
2. Summary Delivery:
- Select how you would like summaries delivered, and pick one or more of the following options:
- Salesforce Task (for calls and Zoom video ONLY)
- Select type of summary
- Select Salesforce object to attach task with summary
- General summary send to the agent
- Select the Team your agents are in that will receive this email
- Email Notification, deliver notification automatically email the summary and activity information to select recipients.
- Select your timeframes and delivery intervals.
- Enter the email addresses of the people you would like to receive the notification.
- Salesforce Task (for calls and Zoom video ONLY)
- Summaries will always appear in the activity log under the AskAI Summaries panel.
Note: Only the summaries you have selected will be present in this panel.
3. Summary Transcription Rules:
- Click Edit Assigned Call Settings.
- Turn on transcription for any Call Settings you want summaries for.
- Save Changes once you have assigned all the desired Call Settings.
4. Channel Filter:
- Choose which channel(s) you want to connect with AskAI Summaries below.
- Calls
- Videos
After you have made your selection, click Save Changes. Once calls or video meetings begin to happen, you will start receiving summaries in your logs and the desired delivery method(s).
