New Softphone Updates
Continued updates to the new version of the softphone including:
- Added line to version history if new phone toggle is turned on, “Upgraded phone”
- When dialing via Team (was intercom) you can now see agents statuses
- Added new look to Phone Settings with collapsing sections
New Porting Experience
Last week, the new porting experience was made live for customers as well as CTM employees. This new experience gives customers the added ability to add routing and a failsafe at the time of port, as well as a new, more streamlined UI.

New Toggle in Parent Settings
Added a behavior to parent settings, for white labeled agencies, to disable cost incurring features from being toggled on by account admins.
