If you have an agency plan, you can see a high-level view of usage for each of your sub-accounts on the Agency Dashboard page within the Reports menu. The Agency Dashboard will allow you to see the activity across your agency and the cost associated.
To view the Agency Dashboard, navigate to Reports → Agency Dashboard. The report will default to the current month and active accounts. To view individual sub-account data, scroll down the page, or use the search bar in the upper left corner to search for a specific sub-account.
If you hover over a bar on the graph, a pop-up will show you the details for that date.
You can filter on month and account status, by clicking the month or status drop-down lists.
If you would like to export the usage, click Export Usage in the top right corner, and a .csv file will be sent to your login email address.
You can also use the Agency Dashboard to view usage in your canceled or paused sub-accounts. To review agency dashboard data for canceled or paused accounts:
- Navigate to Reports → Agency Dashboard.
- In the upper right corner of the window, choose canceled from the drop-down menu.
