Searching Tracking Numbers within an Agency

To search for a tracking number within your agency, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Numbers > Tracking Numbers.
2. Click the Account button in the top-right corner, then choose Agency.
3. Copy your tracking number into the search bar to search your agency. The second column will show the sub-account where your tracking number is located.
