Searching Tracking Numbers within an Agency

To search for a Tracking Number within your agency, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Numbers > Tracking Numbers.
2. Click the Account button in the top right corner and choose Agency.
3. Copy your Tracking Number into the search bar to search your Agency. The second column will show the sub-account where your Tracking Number is located.
