Identifying a Caller as a New Caller

  1. To identify a first-time or new caller as with a tag, navigate to Reports > Tags.
  2. In the Add Rule panel, click the +New Callers button. The ‘Tag New Calls’ panel will appear.
  3. In the Tag New Calls panel. Focus on the ‘Tag new calls with’ field.
  4. Enter the tag of your choice. Typically “New Caller” is added.
  5. Click Save Rule.
