- To identify a first-time or new caller as with a tag, navigate to Reports > Tags.
- In the Add Rule panel, click the +New Callers button. The ‘Tag New Calls’ panel will appear.
- In the Tag New Calls panel. Focus on the ‘Tag new calls with’ field.
- Enter the tag of your choice. Typically “New Caller” is added.
- Click Save Rule.
