Buying Tracking Numbers in Bulk

To buy tracking numbers in bulk, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Numbers > Buy Numbers.
2. Click the Bulk Buy button in the top right corner.

3. Create and upload a CSV file including a line for each number you want to purchase, and check off the type of numbers you want to purchase. 

   When creating the CSV file, you will need at least one column with the area codes of the numbers you're purchasing. The process is the same for local and toll-free numbers. You can add additional columns for the following:

   

   

   

   • When filling in the route to column, use the ID of the object to which you're routing the tracking numbers. To find the ID, navigate to the object (such as queues) by going to Flows > Queues and clicking Edit for the specific queue. The ID will look like this and will be found in the URL: CQU182BC82C1063561EA5F6352A8E64D9A6DD2A40EC116B1D7F

4. Once you upload the CSV file, choose the column headers. 

   

5. Next, scroll down and click Process Order Now, then Confirm and Upload.

   

   
6. You'll see a pop-up indicating the file has been uploaded.
7. Once completed, you'll see the purchase in the Export Logs.
8. Navigate to Numbers > Tracking Numbers to configure your new tracking numbers.
