Dark mode inverts the CTM application's color scheme. If you prefer a dark background with white text, you can easily switch to dark mode using the toggle in your Settings menu.
If you have the softphone window open when switching dark mode on or off, you may need to refresh the softphone for the change to take effect.
Dark mode will also automatically generate a dark-mode-friendly version of any custom logos you have uploaded to your account. If you prefer to upload your own dark mode logo, you can do so in the Appearance section of the Agency Settings or Account Settings page.
