Google offers forwarding numbers for your call-only ads and call extensions. These forwarding numbers are used to track calls inside Google Ads. More about Google Forwarding Numbers.
To use Google Forwarding Numbers with CTM, you will need to enable Call Reporting and Call Analytics inside of Google Ads, then make sure CallTrackingMetrics is selected as the Analytics provider.
To see which calls had a Google Forwarding Number provided in Google Ads, go to Campaigns > Insights and Reports > Report Editor, then scroll down to Ads and Assets and click on Call Details.
