Inside each CTM account, in the upper right-hand corner, there’s a section called SUPPORT PIN. This PIN is unique to each account. The CTM Technical Support PIN is used to verify that the caller is authorized to call Technical Support and report issues on behalf of their company. The PIN is only accessible to the person while logged into their account.
To find your Account PIN:
- Click the drop-down arrow in the top right corner to open the Account Details section
