How to Contact CTM Support

Ways to Contact Our Customer Support Team

There are several ways to reach our Customer Support Team. If you want to view, create, or manage a support ticket, please skip to the next section. 

To speak with someone on the customer support team, you can reach us by phone or via chat in CTM.  

Note: Performance and Marketing Lite plans can request technical support by submitting a ticket in our ticket portal

To contact support by phone: 800-577-1872

  • This is for Marketing Pro, Sales Engage, Enterprise, Growth, and Connect plans.
  • You will be required to enter a valid Support PIN to continue. 
  • The Support PIN can be found in the Account Details section in the top right corner of CTM.

To contact support via chat: 

You must have one of the following roles to contact support via chat: Agency Administrator, Administrator, Marketing Manager, Agency Billing Manager, or Billing Manager

  1. Log in to CTM.
  2. Navigate to the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Select "Help" and then click "Chat with Support."

How to Join the CTM Ticket Portal

Note: You must have a CTM account to sign up. 

As a User, to submit a support ticket:

  1. Sign in to your CTM Account
  2. Next, go to Help →  Create a ticket
  3. If you are new to the CTM ticket portal, click → Sign up 
  4. Once you click Sign Up, you will need to enter your full name and email address. 
  5. You should see Sign-up complete. Next, you will receive an email titled "Welcome to CTM," and you will need to click the link for account verification.
  6. You will be brought to the login page, where you will enter a username and set up a password. 

As an existing ticket portal user: 

  1. Enter your Username and Password, or use sign-in with Google.  
  2. Submit a request in the ticket portal by clicking Submit a Ticket. 
  3. Next, you can add all the following details
    • CC: on the Ticket (Optional) 
    • Subject
    • Description
    • Attachments (Optional) 
  4. Click Submit to create your ticket.  

Note: You will be able to view the status of tickets when in the help center
