Creating Custom Ringtones

• Go into your CallTrackingMetrics My Account → Select the drop down menu

• Select → Profile

• Scroll down to → Softphone Ringtone 
  • Choose the .wav file you wish to upload (Note: CTM currently supports .wav files)
  • Select → Upload Ringtone 

• Once the file is uploaded you will be able to preview the ringtone

• Next, to test the new custom ringtone go to the softphone and select → Available and call your softphone number from another device
