Customize the look of your CTM account using theme colors and your own logo or icon. Appearance settings can be applied to a single account or to all sub-accounts within an agency. You can update your your agency logo/icon, interface theme, access white-label domain settings, and our marketing kit.
Account Icon
The account icon appears in the top left corner of the application. By default, this uses our CTM logo, but you can replace it with your own icon if you prefer. When you upload your icon, the system will automatically generate a dark-mode-friendly version if you don't provide one.
To set your account icon:
- Navigate to Settings → Parent/Agency → Parent Settings → Branding & Client Experience.
- In the Account Icon section, click Choose File and select the file you wish to use.
- The image size is 325x75
- You may upload .jpg, .png, and .gif files no larger than 4 MB
- Click Upload Icon.
If you need to remove your custom logo later, click Remove below the custom logo.
Additional Whitelabel Updates
To update your logo and other branding, including email footers and password email templates, click "here," under Update this agency's logo and other white label settings.
