Integrating CallTrackingMetrics with Unbounce

Unbounce allows you to create landing pages for your products without any knowledge of software development. You can also create forms that your customers can fill out, and those form submissions can be sent to your CallTrackingMetrics call log automatically with this easy integration. CallTrackingMetrics FormReactor seamlessly integrates with all Unbounce forms, making it incredibly easy to manage all inbound leads from within one system.

Your form must include a phone number field in order for the integration to work correctly.

For international numbers, you will need to make sure that the form is sending phone numbers in E.164 format. We recommend adding custom Javascript to your pages that doesn't allow the form to submit unless the phone number is in E.164 format.

Integration Setup

  • Enable the Unbounce Integration → Toggle on Toggle-on-Unbounce.png
  • To start tracking leads and conversions within Unbounce, add your Unbounce API Key. This will enable the Unbounce trigger that you can set up in the Triggers section. Copy and past the API Key in the Unbounce console.
