Agency Log Access

The Agency Log reports activity across your entire agency, including the account where each activity originated and related call details.

Find the Agency Log

1. Select Menu > Activity Logs > Agency Log.

Only Agency Administrators can access the Agency Log.

Note: Activity timestamps in the Agency Log are displayed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
