Enabling Ritten Webhooks

Through this integration, you can define rules to determine which calls that you would like to pass into Ritten. Once set up, all calls that meet this criteria will sync between the two platforms. 

You will be able to see a variety of properties of these calls, such as call summaries, call time, duration, and more. From these calls, you can create new CRM cases, or link the calls to existing cases.

Note: At this time, the CTM Integration is only available to Ritten customers with the CRM feature enabled.

How to Set Up the Webhook

To get started, you will need to connect your Ritten environment to your CTM account:

1. As a Ritten admin, navigate to the Ritten Configurations > Features page
2. From there, turn on the CTM Webhooks toggle
3. Once you do so, you will see a Callback URL is automatically generated. 
4. Press Copy next to the Callback URL. You will use this Callback URL in step 10, so keep it handy.

5. Navigate back to CTM, then select Flows > Automation > Webhooks

6. Select New Webhook

7. Under the General tab, Name your Webhook and add a description.
8. Set the Trigger to "Through a trigger [route]"

9. Press Save Changes 

10. In the Connection section, paste the URL from Ritten (from step 3) into the Callback URL field

10. Leave all of the fields set as their default values.
11. Select Save Changes 

Enter CTM API Keys into Ritten

For security purposes, you must enter CTM's API keys into Ritten. 

1. As a CTM admin, open the Settings page in CTM and then select Account Settings

2. Select API Integration

3. Copy both the Access Key and Secret Key values (to be used in step 5.)

4. Navigate back to Ritten to the Configurations > Features toggle
5. Find the CTM Webhooks toggle and paste the copied values from step 3 into the corresponding CTM Access Key and CTM Secret Key fields

Set Up Triggers

Now that your Webhook connection is configured, if you would like to set up more specific conditions, you can set up Triggers.
