Release Notes February 2026

Reddit Integration Launched

CallTrackingMetrics now supports a Reddit integration, helping teams connect Reddit campaign activity with CTM attribution and reporting workflows. This integration gives marketers more visibility into how Reddit advertising contributes to calls, leads, and customer interactions.

Mobile Communication Improvements

We improved key mobile calling, messaging, and contact workflows in February. Updates included image previews before sending, recent contacts in the message composer, tap/swipe message timestamps, more reliable contact saving, improved dialpad input, clearer permission prompts, better Android call-answering behavior, and faster-feeling tab navigation.

Trust Center Updates

We updated Trust Center language across several areas to make registration and compliance information clearer for customers. Updates included revised copy for local text messaging campaigns, toll-free messaging, outbound calling verification, Caller ID (CNAM), and general Trust Center pages. We also added a temporary banner to communicate extended A2P campaign turnaround times.
