CTM's integration with ElevenLabs lets you use high-quality, natural-sounding voices for text-to-speech (TTS) in your play and say messages. This integration allows you to convert written text into realistic speech using ElevenLabs voices, improving the clarity and overall experience of your automated calls and voice workflows.
With ElevenLabs TTS, you can:
Select from a range of lifelike voices
Create more engaging and human-sounding audio prompts
Use ElevenLabs voices anywhere CTM supports text-to-speech play or say messages
Once the integration is set up, CTM automatically generates audio from your text using the selected ElevenLabs voice when a call is placed, eliminating the need to upload or manage pre-recorded audio files.
To set up the integration with ElevenLabs, navigate to Settings > Integrations, and click the Settings button under ElevenLabs.
Paste an ElevenLabs API key to enable voice selection in CTM, then click Save Settings. You can create an API Key or update the permissions for an existing API Key here.
Note: You can use the same API key in multiple CTM accounts.
Wherever you configure text-to-speech, make sure to select ElevenLabs from the language drop-down.
