Using AskAI Trigger Presets

Trigger Presets are prebuilt configurations that help you quickly get started building Triggers using proven, successful starting points. These presets let you leverage AI-powered insights without building everything from scratch. You can customize any preset to fit your business needs.

How to Use AskAI Presets

AskAI presets automatically configure the AskAI trigger for you based on common use cases. As new features and use cases are introduced, additional presets may become available.

To use presets:

  1. Go to AI Tools > AskAI. This will open a new trigger.
  2. In the General section, click the Use a Preset button.
  3. Select the preset you want to apply, then click the Save Changes button.

AskAI: Call Summary 

What it does:

Automatically summarizes phone calls into two or three concise sentences based on the call transcript and assigns the output to a Summary field.
