With CTM's Calendly integration, you can easily map users between your CTM account and Calendly. After you map a user, CTM displays a convenient Calendly link button in the Custom Actions section of the Activity Log when you're logged in.
This integration is available on Sales Engage, Enterprise, and Connect plans.
This feature makes it quick and easy to share your scheduling link. For example, when composing a text message in CTM's Activity Log, you can click the Calendly button to insert your personalized link with no need to type or copy and paste it manually each time.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Calendly
Click the Link to Calendly button
Once linked, choose the user you want to map
Click the Save Mappings button
If you want to include your Calendly link in a text message, click the Calendly button to add it to your text message.
