Add-Ons

To see the available add-ons CTM offers, navigate to Settings > Parent/Agency > Add-ons.

Agent Bundle

Enjoy simple, straightforward billing at a discount when you bundle voice and text minutes with an included phone name and chat license. Agent Bundles are available on the Sales Engage and Enterprise plans.

Agent bundles are a great solution if you want to:

• Monitor and assess your agent's monthly usage
• Get notified as soon as your agent reaches their maximum usage points
• Rest easy with a bundle renewal of call minutes and texts on the first of every month
• Simplify your invoice with per-agent fees that don't go up and down each month
• Save money on what you're already using with flat-rate usage fees

What is included? 

• $99 per agent, per month
• Up to 5,000 softphone minutes
• 200 SMS inbound/outbound
• 1 Chat license
• Unlimited agent-to-agent intercom

Navigate to Settings > Parent/Agency > Add-ons. Click the Go to Agent Bundles button, then click the Buy Licenses button in the top right corner of the screen. 

Choose the agent you want to purchase the bundle for, then click the Confirm & Purchase button.

To cancel an Agent Bundle:

1. Navigate to Settings > Add-ons 
2. Click the Go to Agent Bundles button.
3. To cancel the license, click the red trash can icon on the left side of the page.
4. On the pop-up screen, click the Confirm Remove License button to cancel the agent bundle.

Discount Pack

Save money and improve efficiency by buying minutes, numbers, and transcriptions in bulk. Our bulk packs offer discounted rates and provide predictable billing throughout the year for worry-free budgeting across all your CTM sub-accounts. Discount packs are available for any agency-style plan: Marketing Pro, Sales Engage, Enterprise, Growth, and Connect.

Navigate to Settings > Parent/Agency > Discount Packs to view the discounts offered. You can also get here by going to Settings > Parent/Agency > Add-ons > Go to Discount Packs. Select your desired items from the packs below and receive up to a 35% discount. Then, click the Add Pack button for each item you purchase. 

Once you add the discount packs you want, click the Review & Sign Contract button at the top of the page to complete your purchase.

Chat License

Give your team access to a brand new channel to sell, upsell, and improve overall CX. Both live and AI-powered chat are available. To use chat, you must be on a plan that supports queues and chat—this includes our Sales Engage, Enterprise, Growth, and Connect plans.

Click on the Go to Chat License button, then click the Buy Licenses button in the top right corner of the screen. 

Choose the agent for whom you want to buy the chat license, then click the Confirm & Purchase button.

To cancel a chat license: 

1. Navigate to Settings > Add-ons 
2. Click the Go to Chat Licenses button.
3. To cancel the license, click the red trash can icon on the left side of the page.
4. On the pop-up screen, click the Confirm Remove License button to cancel the chat license.

Sub-account Pack

Strategically structure your CTM account around sub-accounts for new locations, new clients, or new product lines. Unlock packs of 25 for only $50 per month. Sub-account packs are available on Marketing Pro plans.

Click on the Go to Sub-account Packs button, then select the action to buy sub-account packs. A pop-up window will show the sub-account pack you're going to purchase. Next, click the Confirm Purchase button.

To cancel Sub-account Packs:

1. Navigate to Settings > Add-ons 
2. Click the Go to Discount Packs button.
3. Click on the Select an Action drop-down on the left side of the page and choose Cancel Subaccount Packs.
4. In the pop-up screen, click the Confirm Cancel button.
