To access an agency's security settings, navigate to Settings > Parent Settings > Security. Here
Security settings include the following:
- Password Security - Allow administrators and account holders to change passwords for users without email confirmation (this potentially reduces the security of your users).
- Allow Email Multi-Factor -Allow users to use email as a multi-factor authentication method (this potentially reduces the security of your users).
- Automatic Logout - Automatically log out users after a specified period of inactivity. This setting does not apply to users logged into the Mobile Agent App.
- Multi-Factor Authentication - This requires an extra layer of protection for your account, with a verification code sent via SMS, OTP, or email. Multi-factor authentication means all users who access your agency or account will be required to provide a second authentication token before they can access the site. This token will be sent to them via text message or email. Prompting every login is the most secure way to run your accounts. You can also choose 30 days.
- Password-Protected Recordings
- Require a user login to access call recordings.
- Require a custom username and password to access call recordings (the ability to create a single Username and Password to access recordings).
- Time-Limited Recordings - The number of days valid for audio recording URLs. This includes recording URLs sent via email notifications. Setting this value to 0 will turn off the feature. Expiring links and notification emails will be used in data exports.
Note: When an Agency establishes its first sub-account, it does not automatically enable the sub-account to control its own security settings. To provide the ability for all sub-accounts within an agency to control their own security settings, an Agency Admin will need to toggle ON the first option, Allow accounts to override these security settings.
