Google Calendar Integration

The Google Calendar integration allows you to seamlessly connect your Google Calendar with your agent's CTM schedule. By doing so, events in Google Calendar can serve as exceptions to the schedule in CTM. This integrated schedule can also be used for features like VoiceAI to book appointments directly on your agent's calendar.

Steps to Set Up Google Calendar Integration

  1. Connect Your Google Calendar
    • Navigate to Settings > Integrations in the left menu.
    • Find the Google Calendar integration and click Sign In with Google.
    • Choose the Google account associated with your calendar and click Continue.
  2. Create an Agent Schedule
    • Go to Flows > Schedules in the left menu.
    • Create or edit a schedule for your agent.
    • In the Google Calendar section, select the calendar associated with the agent.

  • Define the agent’s working hours under Times.
  • Click Save to complete the schedule.
