Billing Settings

Your billing information and payment methods can be handled on the Billing Settings page. To get to this page, navigate to Settings > Billing Settings. 

Agency Overview and Make a Payment:

Under Your Agency Overview, you will see all the relevant information about your account, as well as links to the Usage Report and Manage Plan pages. If you are on annual billing, you will not see the Manage Plan link.

In the Make a Payment section, you can adjust automatic payment settings, edit payment methods, and make manual payments. To add a new payment method, click on the Edit Payment Methods button, then expand the Add New Card section.

Billing Statements:

Here, you can view billing statements for each month and export these statements. To see statements for previous years, click on the tab for that year.

Payment History:

This section will list your payment history. To view the receipt for a specific payment, click the view link in the receipt column.

Billing Logs:

If you have exported billing logs, they will show in this section.

To create a billing log export, click the Create New Export button, select the categories you want to export, choose a start and end date, and then click Export Logs.

Billing Notifications:

This section is where you will add your critical billing phone number, which will be used to contact you with any critical billing notices. You will also see your billing email recipients.

Taxes and Fees:

Usage dates and times are in UTC. Taxes are charged for the prior month's usage on the 1st of the month. Learn more about how we calculate sales tax.

Service Address:

Sales taxes for CallTrackingMetrics's products are dependent on where you consume our products, which is determined by your 'service address.' In most cases, this is the same as your billing address. It is critical that you update this form with accurate address information so we can continue to service your Account.

If you are exempt from sales and use tax, please contact  to receive our exemption forms.

Changes to this address apply to the agency and all sub-accounts that operate under shared (Agency) billing. Accounts on separate (Account) customer billing need an address of their own.
