Embeddable Softphone Updates

Continued updates to the new embeddable softphone include:

• Tags are now visible
• Ability to add MMS messages
• Ability to retry failed texts
• Text message styling improvements
• Introduced bottom nav
• Chat UI enhancements (especially for resuming chats in progress)

Mobile App Updates

The mobile app has been upgraded twice this month, the upgrades include the following improvements by version:

1.6.8

• iOS OS minimum is now 13
• Android OS minimum is now 14
• Default country code will now follow account settings
• Recording status can now be toggled from the softphone

1.6.9

• Fix custom fields
• Fix score panel not saving
• Fix messages screen pagination
• Ability to select/copy text
• Click to call contact from messages conversation screen

Real Time Agents Report Updates

Several updates to the RTA report, including new filter option and UI updates.

• Improved overall look and feel
• Filtering by adding additional stats
• Improved agent activity statuses
