Devices an agent uses are shown in the Devices section of their User Profile. This section will show iOS or Android native applications. Chrome devices will not be shown here unless that agent uses the chat feature on that device. 

If an agent has an issue with a device, the device can be removed from this section as a troubleshooting step. It will be re-created once the agent logs back into CTM on that device. 

To delete the device, navigate to Settings > Manage Users and click on Edit on the User's profile you want to update. Scroll to the Devices section and click on the red trash can icon on the right side of the page.

Follow the prompt on the pop-up window and click Remove Device.
