Tokens or placeholders are ways to inject call data into text that can be used in an email subject, message body, triggers, and other places that can be useful.

For example, in a Notification, you can use Tokens in the Email Subject line to add relevant call details. To do this, click on the Token drop-down and select the Token you want to use. You can use more than one.

Tokens can also be used in Trigger actions. An example is using them in the Send Text action, which would add information to the message body of the text.
