Reload Softphone

When making changes to the softphone in Team Settings, you may need to have members of that team reload their softphone. To do this, follow these instructions:

1. Click the Request Reload Softphone button at the bottom of the Team Settings page. 
2. A message will pop up asking "Are you sure you want to ask team members to reload their softphone to receive updates?" Click the Reload button. 
3. Members of the team will receive this message asking them to reload their softphone by clicking Reload Now.
