To integrate with Shopify, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Shopify. This integration is available on Sales Engage, Enterprise, Growth, and Connect plans.
Shopify allows you to create an online store and engage with your customers via CallTrackingMetrics. Please refer to this article for steps on adding CallTrackingMetrics to your Shopify store.
- Log in to your Shopify account.
- Click Add apps at the bottom of the left menu.
- Search for CallTrackingMetrics, then install the app.
- Once you've installed the app in Shopify, you will be redirected back to the Shopify integration page in CTM. It will look like this, and you will be able to update your shop name if needed.
- Use the Manual Order Webhook URL in the Setup Order Create Webhook section to paste it into the Shopify Webhook URL field.
- Use the Manual Fulfillment Webhook URL in the Setup Order Fulfillment Webhook section to paste into the Shopify Webhook URL field.
- Set up a trigger within CTM by navigating to Flows > Triggers. When a form is received the lookback conversion action is used to look back in the call log history for inbound phone calls that match the phone number. Once this matching phone call is found it will trigger a conversion on that call marking it as a sale and can also update the sale value to the order value.
- Configure another trigger within CTM for sales that will run in response to the scoring and trigger the upload conversion into Google Ads as long as the previously found phone call based on the lookback conversion has a GCLID which is expected then this will work as intended.
