How to Calculate Rates

To calculate the rate of a phone call from a Tracking Number to a Receiving Number or from a Tracking Number routing to the CTM Softphone, you can use our Rate Calculator. 
 
To calculate rates for routing a Tracking Number to a Receiving Number:

1. Select the country of the inbound Tracking Number in the first box
2. Select the country code where the calls will be routed in the second box.
3. Optionally, you can add the Receiving Number, where calls will be routed in the third box.
4. Click Look Up Rate. 

The results will provide information on call rates(inbound/outbound) for local and toll-free calls. It will also provide comparisons of rates for different CTM plans!
