Requesting a Business Associate Addendum (BAA)

To request a BAA, follow these steps:

    1. Log into your account. 
    2. Navigate to Help > Ticket Portal, or click here to open a ticket. 
    3. Fill out the details for your request and click the Submit button. 

Once the ticket has been submitted, our team will review it and get back to you with any necessary documentation.
