The current default account status filter (see: https://app.calltrackingmetrics.com/accounts) hides canceled accounts, which was great since it always showed a list of active accounts. But recently CTM started using a new status of "closed" for accounts so now any closed accounts show up in the default view, even though they're pretty much the same as a canceled account.
I talked with support and there's no way to update the status of these closed accounts to canceled, so I'm either stuck with them in the default view or have manually change the filter to "active" every time I want to see a list of my accounts.
Is it possible to update the default account status from "hide canceled accounts" to "hide canceled and closed accounts"?
