Notifications for text messages in the desktop & mobile apps

When a client wants to offer for their customers to send them a text message, but plans to use CTM to respond to those texts (rather than an internal number/phone), it's really important that they get notifications (on their device or push notifications on desktop) so that they can respond to the text messages right away.

CTM provides such a good solution for clients to move away from 3rd party text software if they only had the ability to be notified when text messages come in (not just phones or chats, as is now the case).
