Trigger for use within SmartDialers

A nice addition to the Workflow Rules would be a trigger that would let you match on specific dialer attempts. 

For instance.

If all the following rules match:

If [SmartDialer] is __________________

And [Attempts] equals ________________

Then perform the following actions:

Remove From SmartDialer _________________
