See when are call taggers are logging into CTM everyday

Be able to view when authorized CTM users log in and out similar to a time card and also if they are actively log on. Sometimes when you have multiple users and managing a whole team it's nice to make sure they are in to log themselves into the systems. This way the call taggers are more transparent to when they are working if they are remotely.
