Ability to choose who has access to the Intercom
Right now, the toggle for the Intercom feature is located in the Account Settings, meaning everyone attached to that account will have access to the feature if turned on.
It would be great if we had an option to get more specific on who has access to the feature in the softphone, maybe by 'Team (Phone Settings)'.
For some clients, they may either have a ton of people attached to their account or lots of techs who don't need access to it. This could also limit the number of people seen in the tab as well and make it simpler to use.
