Show Reporting Tag in Activity Log - New CTM Mobile App
Getting some complaints about scoring as we migrate clients to the new CTM mobile app.
For clients using "tags" on the contact, you CAN NOT add/edit/remove these tags using the app - but you CAN see them in the activity list.
For clients using reporting tags - you CAN add/edit/remove these in the app - but you CAN NOT see them in the activity list.
So we've moved nearly all of our clients to using Reporting Tags, so they can score via the app... but it's impossible to tell which calls have been scored and which haven't in the new app.
Resolution - Reporting tags should appear in the activity list, similar to how contact tags do.
