Elementor Forms Submissions for FormReactor (Hidden Field for Session ID Not Working)

We are looking for any other Call Tracking Metrics customer who is also using Elementor forms to submit FormReactor forms. 

We are sending the forms via webhook to Zapier but the CTM JS snippet on the site is not able to attach the session-id info without a hidden field added in each form submission. We have added the hidden field but still can't get the data to pass as can be seen below. 

We would love to see a working example of the hidden field from someone else who is using Elementor forms whose session-id is able to be passed back to CTM. Thanks!
