Allow mobile notifications to open soft phone

Currently when a voicemail notification is received via email it has a Call Back link included. If you click this Call Back link on your computer, it opens up the associated call-out app on your computer (e.g. Facetime on my Mac). If you click the Call Back link on a cell phone, it will dial out from the cell phone number. Neither of these functions allow the Call Back to be from the CTM soft phone/number where that return call can be tracked.

Granted you could click the "details" link in the notification, and THEN select the soft phone once you are in the call record, but streamlining this sequence would be much more intuitive for the mobile user.  

Could the Call Back link perhaps be something that could pop the soft phone within the call record?
