Hide/Disable Automated Voicemail Feature
It would be nice to be able to Hide/Diable Automated Voicemail Feature for reps to be able to transfer the call to Automated Voicemails. The only reason why I say this is pulling reports weekly of how many Overall Dials the Agent has made and how many of those calls are Greater than Or less Than 12 Seconds. In our case the margin is a little greater than most. So a feature like this would be extremely huge especially like how we are wanting to do is allow Automated Voicemails to be a Luxury tool rather than a necessity. Also if we had the ability to do this across the whole account rather than individuals that would be amazing!
