Softphone Ringtone Setting for Call Managers

In the User Profile settings, a Call Manager can see the option for "Softphone Ringtone" and can even upload an audio file, but then when you hit Save it takes them back to the Call Log and they get an error about Access Denied (because they don't have Admin rights).

One of two things should happen:

  1. (Preferable option) Allow Call Managers to be able to change their own Softphone Ringtone
  2. Hide this option from their User Profile settings if they cannot be allowed to actually use this function
