Automated notifications on Community posts

It would be nice to be able to sign up for notifications when a new post (or update, comment) is submitted here in the Community portal. I don't always remember to check this frequently and there are good suggestions here. Thanks.

Hey there! You can click the blue "Follow" button on the topic page of any category that you'd like to subscribe to. You can choose to receive an email when there is a new post, or even a new comment.
