Export Report of Custom Agent Status

This request is for Gateway Foundation - who is an at risk customer.

At this time, we do not currently have exportable Agent Status reporting. Gateway Foundation is using our standard status of Available and also has customer Agent statuses (Lunch / Break / Work / Meeting / Unavailable / Form).

They would like to be able to pull an export on Agents' status and Agent Activity for any given time period, much like we currently have at the Activity level (Activity Reports).

Support, let us know if you have any questions regarding this feature and we will do our best to provide feedback for this functionality. 



  • There is now an export button in the Real Time Agents dashboard.

  • Below is a screenshot of the real-time export.
    and when it works the information is unusable.
